For its international R&D center based in France, we are looking for the:
Team Leader Development Formulation M/F
Two Permanent Positions In the context of new pharmaceutical products development, you are part of the Development Formulation Unit and will be responsible for the conception and the development of new pharmaceutical compositions for topical formulation.
Being proactive within the development formulation team in place, you participate in the elaboration of the Development Plan for the New Chemical Entities.
You set up programs of pre-formulation and follow up the various studies.
You carry out the development formulations and theirs manufacturing process in agreement with the specifications, the technical-regulatory constraints in force and the GLP.
You take part in the transfer of the formulations in manufacturing GMP.
You coordinate, with analytical methods, the follow up of stability studies.
You carry out the in vitro/in vivo evaluation preliminary studies with Research, Pre-Clinical and ADMET departments.
You elaborate collaborations specifications with extern organizations (private laboratories, universities…), manage and follow these collaborations.
You make sure of sharing and exchanges relations with all departments’ teams related to your activity (Research, Chemical Development, Pre-Clinical Development…).
You manage a 3-5 workers team. PhD, PharD or equivalent with Formulation specialization, you have at least 3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical R&D in Formulation projects management, ideally including topical projects.
Ability to develop teamwork and cooperation spirit. With your scientific expertise and your know-how you contribute to the development of an efficient and proactive department.
Position based in France South.
